About the Foundation
Jeff always believed in what Valley Forge Military College had done to help shape the person he became. In his will, he left scholarship funds to help a Valley Forge Military Academy cadet attend Valley Forge Military College. In doing so, the Major Jeffrey P. Toczylowski Memorial Scholarship Fund was set up.
